Care that feels human

DLC Care was created from a simple but powerful belief: everyone deserves to feel seen, supported, and never alone.

Professional and warm care support worker

Our Story

As part of De La Colina C.I.C., DLC Care is driven by a commitment to improve lives in a meaningful and lasting way through compassionate, person-directed support.

We saw a growing need for support that goes beyond tasks: support that values connection, dignity, and genuine human presence. Alongside companionship, we also provide trusted agency staffing solutions for social care organisations across Scotland.
